Carbon Fiber Front Lip Installation

We noticed a real lack of premium aftermarket support for the 2019–2024 Audi C8 A6 S-Line and S6, so we set out to develop our own Dry Carbon Fiber Front Lip. After testing and refining multiple beta versions on this project car, we finally nailed the exact fitment and look we wanted.

Engineered to perfectly follow the factory lines, this lip gives the C8 a sharper, wider, and more aggressive OEM+ stance without compromising Audi's signature refined styling. By utilizing high-quality dry carbon fiber, we ensured the piece offers superior strength, reduced weight, and a flawless weave finish.

If you’ve never installed a front lip before, or just want to see exactly how straightforward the process is, we put together a complete step-by-step DIY installation video for you below.

Wiper Blade Replacement

If your C8 Audi A6 is equipped with the Cold Weather Package, you have adaptive wipers with integrated spray nozzles. This means standard aftermarket options—like Bosch Icons or AeroTwins—will not fit, and universal adapters simply don't work with this specific arm design.

You must use OEM replacements. Trying to force a standard aftermarket blade onto this setup is a guaranteed way to damage the integrated washer fluid lines.

To save you the headache, we documented the exact replacement process for these specific wiper arms. Check out the DIY video below to see how to swap them out safely and avoid the most common fitment mistakes.

Oil Change Service (108K KM)

We purchased this C8 Audi A6 with approximately 97,000 km (61,000 miles) and completed an initial oil change shortly after taking delivery. The car now sits at roughly 108,000 km (67,000 miles).

While Audi's factory intervals are higher, our recommended oil service interval for these cars—especially when preparing for performance modifications—falls strictly at 5,000 miles (8,000 km). Because this specific service ran slightly past that window, it made this the perfect time to not only perform the oil change but to get under the car and complete a comprehensive mechanical inspection while everything was accessible.

This series focuses on long-term ownership, correct service intervals, and doing the work right from day one. If you are doing this at home, this is the easiest way to change the oil on your C8 A6.
