CAP Rear Subframe Mount Insert Kit - Audi - B8/B8.5 S4/S5/RS5, Q5/SQ5, Allroad

Very easy install once you get the old parts out. Subframe bolts were tricky - especially the rustier one. Would recommend spraying penetrant on the days leading up doing the work. Wish I had. Use 1/2inch drive tools if you have ‘em - that’s what saved me. Long breaker bar or mid-high torque 1/2 impact would be best for breaking those bolts free. Make sure you also have some kind of angled pry bar handy for getting the stock bushing inserts out. Eye protection would also be a good idea as there is a lot of hidden road debris under there - not to mention the stock inserts will come flying at you when you pry them out.

Replace the bolts. Get them from Audi Parts Direct in North York. Part # WHT0044756A. Way cheaper than anywhere else, even with shipping.

Installed these over the weekend. These are very easy to install (approximately 1 hr for all 4). The only issue is that there is no instructions on what the torque spec is. I had to check a 034 motorsports install video to get the torque specs. If you are reusing your old subframe bolts, use some red locktite and torque them to 120nm. These made a significant difference in launching and braking. It's a must if you have all other inserts (transmission & diff) because the rear subframe is what's holding all of the extra torque being transferred from the other inserts.
