At Canadian Auto Performance, we aim to ship all in stock orders within 1-2 business days after you place your order. The vast majority of our orders to get shipped within this timeframe, however, sometimes there are some delays.
If a product is not in stock, it will generally say at the top of the product description what the production time is for that particular product.
In the event that a product does not state a production time and is sold out, we will contact you via email with the estimated ship date prior to processing your order.
After we ship your order, you will be automatically sent the tracking number to your email address. Please check your spam folder in case you did not receive the email.
Please also note that some shipping carriers take 48-72 hours to update the tracking information. If no information is available for your tracking number yet, please check back the next day.
Canadian Auto Performance accepts all major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) through a military encrypted secure payment gateway on our online website.
To pay for your order, just add the products that you would like to purchase to your shopping cart and click the “Checkout” button to proceed with the payment.
For Canadian customers that would like to pick up their order locally in our store in Toronto, you can also pay via Interac Email Transfer or cash.
For Canadian customers that would like their product to be shipped and pay via Interac Email Transfer, you can fill out the ‘Contact Us’ form on our website and we will help you process your payment & order.
Canadian Auto Performance ships worldwide, with the exception of select few countries.

Our website checkout will automatically calculate the shipping price for your order and show you the estimated shipping time associated with your order. If the checkout does not allow you to ship to your country, please fill out the ‘Contact Us’ form on our website with your address and desired product, and we will you a custom shipping quote.
Yes, local pick up for your online order is available at checkout at no cost to you. After placing your order, it should be ready within a few hours for pick up. You can call us to confirm pick up availability prior to placing your order.
You can also choose to pay in store with cash or Interac Email Transfer. Please note Interac Email Transfer may take up to one hour to process.

Canadian Auto Performance highly recommends to get your products purchased from us installed by a professional that has experience and skill with aftermarket products. Not every bodyshop or technician shop is properly skilled and experienced to install all of our products.
If you are in the Toronto area, we can recommend you to some shops that are certified by us for the installation of our products.
At this time, we do not provide installation instructions for our products, however, some do feature a link to a DIY installation video on the product page.
