NOTICE: U.S. Orders – Longer Processing Times During Transition

We are currently transitioning to a new U.S. fulfillment center to improve shipping speed and eliminate high import costs for our American customers.

Once active, most U.S. orders will no longer incur direct tariff charges.

We appreciate your patience during this transition. Here’s what you need to know:

- IN-STOCK ITEMS AT OUR U.S. CENTER: PROCESSING TIME IS TYPICALLY 3–4 BUSINESS DAYS. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES AFTER IT IS PICKED UP BY THE SHIPPING COURIER.

- ITEMS TRANSITIONING TO OUR U.S. CENTER: WE ARE TRANSITIONING PRODUCTS ALL ORDERS THAT ARE NOT IN THE U.S. ON JULY 10, 2025.

- BY APPROXIMATELY JULY 31st, 99% OF OUR PRODUCTS WILL BE TRANSITIONED TO THE U.S. CENTER AND PROCESSING TIMES WILL BE SHORTENED TO TYPICAL 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS.

If you’re in a rush and prefer not to wait:

1. Please fill out our Contact Us Form and mention that you’re willing to pay U.S. import tariffs.

2. We will ship your order within 1 business day directly from our Toronto, Canada warehouse.

3. Important: U.S. customs may charge you a tariff of 50% or more. As rates vary, we cannot guarantee the exact amount.
