Beef up your crank pulley bolts to prevent breakage.

 Torque: 40 Nm plus blue thread locker (included).

This kit is assembled using Chromoly 8740 bolts from ARP specially machined to fit the 3.0T crank pulley. The bolts have 10 mm heads and are packed very close to each other when installed, so you may need to use a thin-walled socket like a 1/4” drive or 3/8” drive 12-pt.

Audi 3.0TFSI engine. Fits OEM and most aftermarket crank pulleys. If you have an aftermarket crank pulley that does not use OEM-sized bolts (M8x1.25x25 socket cap screws) please inquire before purchasing.

25mm bolts confirmed to fit on: OEM, 034, XLR8, CAP pulleys (In STOCK)

30mm bolts confirmed to fit on Fluidampr and JHM pulleys

These bolts do not fit the APR pulley.

    Piece of mind.... ARP CRANK BOLTS

    The 207mm pulley is HUGE. I chose to use these excellent ARP Bolts for added security.

    JXB bolts

    Very high quality bolts, much easier to deal with them just a socket on them and there you go instead of triple squares. It’s an extra safety measure for the pulley to make sure it stays there.
