Not hard at all to install. Looks great. I purchased the black-on-black grille and fitted it to a 2017 Audi A7 C7.5. The looks are phenomenal, I didn't want to downrate it for the "Quattro" logo. The logo has a slant to it, additionally, most of the clips that hold it on and also the alignment tabs don't line it up when you try to center it. Recommend clipping all of the tabs and connecting clips off and using black zipties to fasten the logo to the grille. I placed mine between each letter, trust me it is way more secure and actually looks great.
The fact it does not come with the plate bracket and that you have to reach out after ordering to get one is extremely inconvenient. The Grille is high quality though and looks great on the car.
