CAP 4.0T Dry Carbon Intake Kit – C8 Audi RS6/RS7 (2019–2024)

The ultimate intake system for the 4.0T twin-turbo V8. No compromises. No competition.

After extensive development on Audi’s flagship twin-turbo platform, Can Auto Performance (CAP) proudly introduces the Dry Carbon Intake System for the 2019–2024 Audi RS6 and RS7. Designed to handle the immense airflow demands of the 4.0T engine, this system redefines what an intake can deliver in performance, sound, and visual impact.

Full Dry Carbon Construction. Unmatched Presence.

Crafted entirely from pre-preg dry carbon fiber, this intake is built for those who demand the absolute best.

• Ultra-Lightweight & Heat Resistant: Dry carbon offers superior strength-to-weight ratio while minimizing heat soak, keeping intake air temperatures under control.
• Show-Quality Finish: Deep gloss carbon weave transforms your engine bay into a centerpiece worthy of the RS badge.
• Motorsport-Level Material: The same construction method used in high-end racing applications ensures durability and performance under extreme conditions.

Engineered for Maximum Airflow

The CAP 4.0T intake isn’t just about looks, it’s built to feed the twin-turbo V8 with the airflow it demands:

• High-Flow Intake Design: Optimized piping diameter and geometry to reduce restriction and support higher horsepower builds.
• Dual Performance Filters: Large, high-surface-area filters maximize airflow while maintaining proper filtration.
• Precision Velocity Optimization: Smooth internal transitions improve airflow speed and reduce turbulence before the turbos.
• CAPFlowMax Filtration Technology: Balances maximum airflow with superior engine protection.

Sound That Matches the Power

Unlock the true character of the 4.0T.

• Enhanced Turbo Acoustics: Amplifies turbo spool, diverter valve sounds, and induction tone.
• Aggressive Under Load, Refined at Cruise: Perfect balance between daily drivability and raw performance sound.

Precision Fitment. OEM+ Integration.

Developed using advanced 3D scanning of the C8 engine bay, ensuring a seamless installation:

• Direct bolt-on design, no cutting or modification required
• Retains factory mounting points for a secure, rattle-free fit
• Integrated heat shielding to help isolate hot engine air and promote cooler intake flow

Performance Without Compromise

Whether you’re stock or fully built, this intake is designed to scale with your setup — delivering consistent gains in airflow, response, and sound.
